The Mission of J.P. Taravella High School

The mission of J.P. Taravella High School is to successfully prepare all students for the transition from school to career.

Our National Board Certified staff members are: Candy Allen, Lori Carter, Cathy Castelli, Karin Cook, Katherine Evans, Jody Gaver, Pat McMahon, Sylvia Marini, Celeste Martell,Gabriela Mendez,Susan Michalak, Penny Napp, Ann Panoch, Lori Sessions, Cindy Thomas, and David Thomas.

The Broward County Recognition Program is for those teachers who teach a subject area not covered by the National Board program. It is an equally difficult and strenuous program. Our staff members are: Beth Goldman & Dawn Hall
